Who is meeting this challenge?
This issue has serious implications for everyone and needs to be addressed at all levels, from community leaders to elected officials, from the K-12 classroom to the adult learner. The SC Council on Economic Education has accepted this challenge. In January 2008, the SCCEE Board of Directors formed The Unbanked Coalition.
